Adoprise
Independent practice ยท Consulting, software, training

Value that's realised.

Adoprise helps organisations put new ideas to work, through management consulting, AI and IT consulting, custom software and training.

WHERE WE HELP

The problems we are built for

A strategy that isn't landing
The direction is set, but day-to-day work hasn't caught up. We close that gap.
Technology that isn't paying back
New tools and AI pilots exist, but the value hasn't shown up in how the business runs.
Teams asked to work in new ways
New systems only deliver when the people using them are brought along, trained and confident.
WHAT WE DO

Four ways in, one outcome

Management consulting
A clear diagnosis of how the business really runs, a practical strategy, and an operating rhythm to carry it. You leave with decisions made and a plan your team owns.
AI and IT consulting
A grounded view of where AI and modern systems genuinely help, what to adopt, what to skip, and how to govern it. Roadmaps and choices you can defend.
Software development
Custom software designed around your workflows, delivered in working stages, documented and handed over so you are never locked to us.
Training and enablement
Role-based training, playbooks and coaching, so new ways of working survive after the engagement ends.
WHY ADOPRISE

Value shows up after go-live, or it doesn't

The name joins two ideas: adoption and rise. New systems, processes and AI tools are usually judged at launch. Their value is decided in the months after, by whether people actually use them and whether the way of working changes.

That is the part Adoprise works on. We help organisations choose what is worth adopting, put it to work, and leave behind a team that can run it without us.

HOW AN ENGAGEMENT WORKS

Clear from the first conversation

01
Listen first
We start with your situation: what you are trying to change, what has been tried, and what is in the way.
02
A clear proposal
You get a concrete approach, scope and timeline, and what it will take from your side, before any commitment.
03
Delivered in stages
Work lands in visible steps you can react to and steer, not one big reveal at the end.
04
Built to hand over
The goal is a business that runs the new way without us: documented, trained and owned by your team.

AI adoption: where things stand

Adoption is now widespread. Reported value is uneven, and the studies do not agree on how much of it there is. Figures are quoted from each source as published, and most come from surveys of senior people, so they are self-reported.

44%
Scaling AI across the enterprise
Up from 38% a year earlier. Nearly nine in ten respondents report regular AI use in at least one business function. Survey of 1,719 people in 97 countries, May-June 2026.
McKinsey, State of AI 2026 (Aug 25, 2026)
37%
Report some EBIT impact from AI
Unchanged from last year. About 6% qualify as AI high performers. Yet 80% say AI has improved their own productivity.
McKinsey, State of AI 2026 (Aug 25, 2026)
13%
Of CIOs report significant or transformational value
Gartner puts the likelihood of a use case succeeding at about one in five. Survey of 2,002 CIOs and technology executives, May-July 2026.
Gartner press release (Oct 19, 2026)
~48%
Generating value, on BCG's measure
BCG counts 7.5% as future-built and a further 41% as scaling and outperforming, against 5% with substantial value in its 2025 research. Survey of 1,330 senior leaders. The definition differs from the two sources above.
BCG Applied AI Index 2026 (Sep 30, 2026)
5%
Have controls to let AI agents decide
42% of companies expect to give AI agents real decision-making authority by 2030, according to BCG. The gap is governance, not just technology.
BCG Applied AI Index 2026 (Sep 30, 2026)
19.95%
Of EU enterprises used AI in 2025
Enterprises with 10 or more employees. 17% of small, 30% of medium and 55% of large enterprises. Up 6.47 percentage points on 2024. Official statistics, not a vendor survey.
Eurostat (data extracted Dec 2025)

What this means for the work: use is easy to buy and hard to turn into results. The organisations that report gains are the ones that redesign workflows around AI and set clear rules, including when to stop a pilot. Checked against the sources on October 22, 2026.
